Together In Motherhood is a space for new moms to connect, be seen, and build meaningful community. This class offers guided conversations, opportunities for open sharing, and gentle Reiki support to help you feel grounded and supported in this season of motherhood.

Led by Alyssa, a certified PMH-C, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, each gathering is designed to nurture both emotional well-being and connection—with yourself and with others walking a similar path.
