A space for teens to move, breathe, and be themselves. This class combines yoga, mindfulness, and light reflection activities to support growing confidence, emotional awareness, and connection.
This three class summer series uses movement, breathing techniques, and meaningful conversations to equip teens with practical tools to handle stress, build self-trust, and feel more comfortable in their own skin—all in a fun, welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Led by Alyssa Johnson, LICSW and Certified Yoga Teacher of Alyssa Johnson Wellness.
No yoga experience required, just come as you are!
Participants are welcome to attend one session, or all three! Individual registration required for each session.
