Reiki Master Teacher

Step into the next level of your Reiki journey with our Reiki Master Teacher Training, a two-part immersive experience designed to help you embody, practice, and confidently teach Reiki to others. This training goes beyond simply learning material—it supports you in becoming a grounded, intuitive, and ethical teacher who can hold space for transformation.

Part 1: Learn

In the first class, you will deepen your understanding of the full Reiki I and II curriculum. We will explore how to teach core concepts, perform attunements, and guide students with clarity, presence, and compassion. You’ll also learn essential facilitation skills, including how to support different learning styles and create a safe, trauma-aware environment. You’ll leave this session with a clear framework for teaching, a personalized plan to begin preparing your own lessons and an assignment to teach a short portion of Reiki I and II in the final class.

Part 2: Teach

The second class is your opportunity to step fully into the role of teacher. You will practice teaching key Reiki I and II topics to your peers, receive supportive feedback, and refine your voice and confidence. You’ll also learn the practical aspects of leading your own Reiki trainings, from structuring classes, developing course materials, to honoring ethical boundaries.

This training is ideal for Reiki practitioners who feel called to share this work with others and are ready to deepen their connection, expand their confidence, and carry forward the Reiki lineage with integrity. By the end of the program, you will feel prepared, supported, and empowered to begin teaching Reiki in your own unique and authentic way.

Prerequisite: Reiki I, II and Master, must be a former student of Alyssa Johnson Wellness
